Strobe System No. 6 is a 14 V three-light aircraft strobe and navigation-light kit configured with A650-PG/PR wingtip light assemblies and a vertical tail position/strobe light.

The wingtip assemblies combine conventional navigation lighting with white xenon strobe lighting. Their A612 magnifying strobe lenses are designed to concentrate xenon light energy in the horizontal plane.

  • 14 V configuration
  • Two A650-PG/PR wingtip strobe/navigation light assemblies
  • One A500 vertical tail position/strobe light
  • Three local A490A power supplies
  • Listed strobe output: 400 effective candles at each wingtip and 300 effective candles at the tail position
  • HT information packet included in the listed system configuration
