The Sta-Kon RA18-8 is a self-insulated electrical terminal for 22–16 AWG conductors, configured with a size 8 bolt hole. It features a red, high-dielectric-strength nylon sleeve and standard single-crimp construction.

An inner bronze insulation-grip sleeve is designed to support the conductor and reduce conductor creep. The terminal is rated for 600 V.
