The Pilot USA PA-81 is a headset adapter for use with Icom A2, A20 and A21 handheld transceivers.

It provides twin General Aviation headset sockets accepting standard 6.35 mm (PJ-055) and 5.23 mm (PJ-068) plugs, converting the headset connection to the Icom-style radio plug arrangement.
