The Whelen 70509-02 is a self-contained halogen flashing anti-collision beacon for 14 VDC aircraft electrical systems. This version features a split aviation red/white lens and is supplied under manufacturer part number 01-0770509-02.

Part of Whelen’s 70509 series, the unit combines the flashing light and flasher assembly in one compact housing, avoiding the need for a separate flasher power pack. The halogen lamp and flasher assembly are replaceable.
