The Ray Allen G307 is a modern aircraft control-stick grip designed for installations requiring electric trim control, push-to-talk functionality and additional panel-free switch positions.

- Four individual SPDT momentary-contact trim switches, operated by a traditional four-way hat actuator, for one- or two-axis electric trim control
- Push-to-talk (PTT) switch
- Two additional SPDT momentary-contact pushbutton switches
- Vertically and horizontally slotted faceplate for two-axis trim identification
- Approx. 165 mm overall grip height
- Lightly textured, UV-resistant composite G3-series grip construction
- Designed for 25.4 mm control sticks; spacers are included for 19.1 mm and 22.2 mm stick tubes. The G3 grip can also fit over 28.6 mm stick tubes.
- Supplied with pre-cut, stripped 26 AWG Teflon-insulated wires and a die-cut, Lexan-coated label sheet for recessed switch labels
The G307 may be wired directly to Ray Allen trim servos. Where two grips are used to control the same trim system, the source notes that relays or a transfer switch are required to select control between grips.
Suitable for aircraft projects and maintenance applications where the installation design calls for a G307 control-stick grip. Verify electrical integration, control-stick dimensions and applicable airworthiness requirements before installation.
