The Telex Airman 850 is a lightweight, dual-sided aviation headset with active noise reduction (ANR) and dual GA plugs. Manufacturer part number 301317-000 is configured with PJ-068- and PJ-055-equivalent connectors.

Designed for clear cockpit communications, the Airman 850 uses microphone bias power for its ANR system, eliminating the need for batteries or separate panel power. It features a boom-mounted, noise-cancelling electret microphone with a flexible boom that can be worn on either side.
