Pilot USA PA 1779Tp ANR Panel Power Headset With Dual GA

The Pilot USA PA-1779TP is an active noise reduction (ANR) aviation headset with dual GA plugs and a supplied bare-wire panel-power kit. It can be used as a passive headset through its dual plugs; the ANR system is intended to be powered from the aircraft electrical system after the panel-power kit has been hardwired by a qualified avionics technician.

Designed for clear cockpit communications and extended wearing comfort, the PA-1779TP combines passive noise reduction rated at 25 dB with active noise reduction stated at an additional 20–22 dB at 100 Hz. Auto on/auto shut-off circuitry activates the ANR system when connected and turns it off when aircraft power is removed.
