This all-metal homebuilder gascolator is designed to provide fuel sediment and water separation in suitable fuel-system installations. It features a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium top, a cadmium-plated steel bowl and a stainless-steel screen.

  • 122-micron stainless-steel screen
  • Quick-drain bowl for convenient draining
  • Approximately 48 mm bowl diameter
  • 1/4 in pipe ports for 3/8 in fuel line, plus one 1/8 in pipe port for a primer fitting
  • Suitable for aviation fuel and standard automotive petrol, according to the supplied source information
  • Approximate weight: 0.25 kg

Important: this gascolator is not intended for fuel-injected systems, as it is not designed to withstand fuel-injection pressure. Confirm port, fuel-system and installation requirements before purchase and installation.

All-metal gascolator with S.S. screen, 1-7/8" dia. cadmium plated steel bowl w/quick drain. Top is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Top has 1/4" pipe ports for 3/8" fuel line and one 1/8" pipe port for primer fitting. Wt: 8 oz. May be used with aviation and / or auto fuel. Screen size is 122 microns. Replacement gasket for auto fuel is p/n 06-00441.

Note: for use with aviation fuel and standard auto fuel. Do not use with fuel injectors because it cannot stand up to the pressure.
