The Horn & Light Model S is a 24 V pre-stall warning unit designed to provide both an audible horn warning and a visual light indication when stall conditions are imminent.

The system consists of an instrument-panel unit with an integrated warning horn and signal light, together with a compact vane-operated wing unit that actuates a relay. Its operation is based on wing airflow conditions rather than indicated airspeed.
