The True Blue Power TA360-CA MAX Power USB Charger, manufacturer part number 6430360-21, is a dual aircraft charging port with one USB-A connection and one USB-C Power Delivery connection. Designed for rear panel installation, it supports both legacy USB-A cables and modern USB-C PD devices.

The USB-A port supplies up to 15 W at 3 A, while the USB-C PD port provides up to 100 W at 5 A. The charger accepts a 22–32 VDC aircraft power input and uses intelligent USB Power Delivery negotiation to provide an appropriate charging voltage for the connected device.

This configuration is specified by the manufacturer as Starlink Mini compatible. For that use, a third-party validated USB-C-to-barrel-jack cable is required; Starlink-manufactured USB-C-to-barrel-jack cables are not compatible.
