The RC Allen RCA1510-3 is a self-contained digital heading indicator configured with a 0° panel tilt, internal backup battery and dedicated SMA connection for a GPS antenna. Manufactured under part number 103-0503-03-03, it forms part of the RCA1510 digital instrument series from RC Allen Instruments / Kelly Manufacturing.

The indicator combines an internal magnetometer with GPS data to provide heading information. Its all-digital design has no moving mechanical gyroscope, and the display incorporates adjustable brightness, a conventional rotating-dial presentation and a heading bug with quick-set function.
