The Electronics International P-128-CARB is a replacement carburettor-temperature probe for EI temperature-monitoring installations. It features a 1/4-28 threaded mounting arrangement and a precision connector.

Designed as an exposed-tip, ungrounded Type K thermocouple probe, the P-128-CARB combines fast temperature response with a robust stainless-steel body. The stated maximum temperature rating is 700 °F.
