The SIRS Master Landing Compass 954-2399REV is a reverse-read master compass designed for precise heading observation during aircraft compass-swing procedures. The reverse-read configuration is intended to show the same heading sense as the aircraft instruments when readings are taken from the front of the aircraft.

This liquid-filled compass uses a prism sight line and retractable sight vane to support clear, controlled heading readings. Its non-magnetic brass construction and damped compass card are intended to help minimise interference and improve readability during use.
