The Dynon Avionics SV-BAT-320 is a rechargeable lithium-ion backup battery with an internal protection circuit for SkyView installations. Manufacturer part number: 101265-000.

Installed as a dedicated backup power source, it is intended to support one SkyView display and its connected SkyView Network modules, including ADAHRS and EMS, in the event of loss of aircraft electrical power. Dynon states that a fully charged battery can provide at least 60 minutes of backup power for most SkyView systems.

  • One SV-BAT-320 is used per SkyView display for display-level power-loss redundancy.
  • Connects via the dedicated lead and connector in the SkyView main harness.
  • For installation in the avionics bay near the SkyView display, in accordance with the applicable Dynon installation documentation.

Backup power capability depends on the installed SkyView configuration. The SV-BAT-320 is intended for Dynon SkyView equipment and does not provide backup power to non-Dynon devices or to another SkyView display.
