The Voice Alert 2040-1-2P is a voice annunciation system for stall and landing-gear warning inputs. It provides distinct spoken alerts through the pilot’s headset and the unit’s built-in speaker, helping make existing warning indications easier to recognise when headsets are in use.

The 2040-1-2P is the primary version of the 2040-1-2 configuration. The manufacturer states that it is FAA STC-approved as a primary replacement for the Electronic Dual Warning Unit used on certain Cessna retractable-gear aircraft. Aircraft eligibility, installation configuration, and acceptance for operation in Europe must be confirmed using the applicable AML/STC installation data and local regulatory requirements.
