The J.P. Instruments MM-113-3/8 is a cylinder head temperature (CHT) adapter probe for JPI EDM installations. It is intended to provide a JPI CHT measurement point where the existing factory CHT probe is retained.

JPI describes the MM-113-3/8 as an adapter arrangement that permits the factory CHT probe and a JPI probe to occupy the same bayonet location. It is also identified by JPI for applicable installations involving cylinder heater arrangements.

Overview

The Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) - Tanis Adapter (Piggy Back) - probe, is installed in coalition with the Tanis Heating System. The CHT adapter probe will sit directly under the Tanis heaters, so that it may measure accurate and TRUE Cylinder Head temperatures. This probe can also be used to accommodate the factory supplied CHT probe as an adapter probe.
