The Sigma-Tek 1U149-022-2 is a 5000M-5 series air-driven, cageable attitude gyro for aircraft instrument-panel installation. It uses a pictorial horizon display with a fixed aircraft reference and a moving horizon mask to present pitch and bank attitude.

The 5000M series adds a caging mechanism to the standard attitude gyro design, supporting quick erection and display alignment. This configuration has a blue/brown display, integrated lighting provision and an 8° panel tilt.
