The Sigma-Tek 5000M-3 is an air-driven, cageable attitude gyro with an integrated inclinometer. Designed in the standard 3-1/8 in (79.4 mm) instrument format, it uses a pictorial horizon mask and fixed aircraft symbol to present pitch and bank attitude.

The caging system supports rapid erection and display alignment and is functional through 360° of roll and 90° of pitch. When caged, the pitch and roll indices align within two degrees, according to Sigma-Tek.
