The Westach 399W is a non-TSO temperature sender with a 1/4-28 threaded mounting and four-lead cable. It has a nominal 6 mm sensing tip and an approximately 1.2 m lead.

Specified resistance is 1,750 ohms at 100°F (38°C). Westach identifies part number 399W for use with its 2A3-1 carburettor-temperature gauge.
