The UMA Instruments 16-311-260D is a 3-1/8 in (approximately 80 mm) dual-scale airspeed indicator for pitot-static systems. It displays an outer scale from 40 to 260 knots and an inner scale from 50 to 300 mph.

The indicator uses a diaphragm to sense the pressure difference between the pitot and static sources. Standard dial markings are black and white for clear instrument-panel presentation.
