The Dynon Avionics Internal Li-Ion Backup Battery, manufacturer part number 100096-000, is a rechargeable internal backup-power accessory for compatible Dynon D10/D100-series EFIS and FlightDEK instruments.

When installed, the battery is charged automatically whenever external power is applied. In the event of a loss of primary electrical power, the instrument provides an on-screen prompt before shutdown; operation on battery power can then be continued using the instrument controls.
