The Ryan PT-22 Aileron P99 is a pre-sewn fabric envelope intended for the aileron surface of a Ryan PT-22 aircraft.

Designed to fit the individual surface, the envelope can be installed over the aileron in a sock-style arrangement, helping simplify fabric-covering preparation compared with working from flat fabric yardage. P99 denotes the heavy-weight fabric version; the envelope pattern and fit are the same as the corresponding lighter-weight option.
