The Smith Miniplane Rudder P99 is a pre-sewn fabric covering envelope intended for the rudder surface of a Smith Miniplane. Designed to fit over the relevant surface in an envelope-style installation, it provides an alternative to cutting and sewing fabric from yard goods.

This version uses P99 heavy-weight fabric. The supplied envelope consists of the sewn fabric only; covering tapes, inspection rings or covers, lacing, adhesives and other finishing materials are not included.
