Pre-sewn fabric covering envelope for the Stearman elevator, C102 configuration.

Designed to simplify fabric covering installation, the envelope is made to fit the individual control surface and may be fitted over the elevator in a sock-like manner. Seams require covering with fabric tapes as part of the covering process.
