The Piper PA-20/22 Flap P103 is a pre-sewn, medium-weight fabric envelope intended for the flap surface of Piper PA-20 and PA-22 aircraft.

Pre-sewn envelopes are formed to suit the individual aircraft surface, helping simplify fabric-covering preparation compared with using fabric by the metre. The envelope is fitted over the surface; fabric tapes are required over seams as part of the covering process.
