The Piper PA-16 Comp Set P99 is a pre-sewn fabric envelope set for aircraft covering work. Pre-sewn envelopes are made to fit the applicable airframe surfaces and are installed over the surface in a sock-like manner, helping simplify handling compared with fabric supplied by the metre.

This P99 version uses heavyweight fabric. It is supplied as fabric sewn into the envelope pattern only.
