PA16 Aileron C101 is a pre-sewn fabric envelope intended for the C101 aileron surface position.

Pre-sewn envelopes are shaped to fit the individual control surface and are installed over the surface in a sleeve-like manner, helping simplify fabric covering work compared with cutting and sewing fabric from yard goods.
