This pre-sewn fabric envelope is intended for the aileron of an Aeronca 15AC and is supplied in P99 heavy-weight fabric.

Pre-sewn envelopes are made to fit the individual control surface and install over it in a sock-like form, reducing the cutting and sewing work associated with fabric yard goods. Fabric tapes must be applied over the seams during covering work.
