Pre-sewn P-99 fabric envelope for the rudder of a PA-18 Super Cub. The envelope is made to the individual control-surface pattern and is intended to be fitted over the surface in a sock-style installation.

The P-99 version uses the heavy-weight fabric option. Supplied as the sewn fabric envelope only.
