The PA-18 Super Cub Elevator P-103 is a pre-sewn fabric covering envelope for the elevator surface. It is designed to simplify fabric covering work compared with cutting and assembling covering material from yard goods.

The envelope is sewn for the individual surface and is fitted over it in a sock-like manner. Fabric tape is required over the seams as part of the covering process.
