Flamemaster Chemseal CS 3204 Class B-2 is a standard-curing, two-part manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant for aerospace fuel tank and fuselage sealing applications. The uncured material is thixotropic and low sag, supporting application by extrusion gun or spatula.

Supplied as a 6 oz cartridge with a nominal 3.5 oz fill. When mixed, the sealant is dark grey and cures at room temperature to a flexible, resilient material with resistance to fuel, water and other aerospace fluids.

CS3204 is a fuel resistant sealant for use on integral fuel tanks and pressurized cabins as well as other areas subject to contact with aircraft fuels, lubricants, oils, water and/or weathering.


At room temperature, this two-part polysulfide cures to a flexible, resilient rubber.
