Flamemaster Chemseal CS 3204 Class B-2 is a standard-curing, two-part polysulfide aerospace sealant supplied in a 2.5 oz cartridge format. The cartridge contains a 2 oz sealant fill.

CS 3204 Class B is designed for fuel-tank and fuselage sealing applications. Once cured, it provides flexibility and resistance to fuel, water and other aerospace fluids. The thixotropic, low-sag material is intended for application by extrusion gun or spatula.

  • Class B-2 application time: minimum 2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity
  • Typical tack-free time: 20–24 hours
  • Typical cure time to 30A hardness: less than 48 hours

CS3204 is a fuel resistant sealant for use on integral fuel tanks and pressurized cabins as well as other areas subject to contact with aircraft fuels, lubricants, oils, water and/or weathering.


At room temperature, this two-part polysulfide cures to a flexible, resilient rubber.
