Fab-Tac Fabric Cement is a nitrocellulose-type lacquer cement supplied in a quart container. It is intended for strong splice joints and fabric-covering work, including the bonding of synthetic or cotton aircraft fabrics, tapes, rings and grommets.

The cement may also be used for bonding aircraft fabric to plywood or metal, and for attaching upholstery or soundproofing materials in cabin-interior work. It flows smoothly, dries to a tough film and may be overcoated after the applicable drying period.
