PPG PR-1440 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulphide sealant for aircraft integral fuel tank fillet sealing and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications.

The uncured material is a low-sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient, elastomeric sealant with adhesion to common aircraft substrates. PPG states that the cured sealant retains elastomeric properties following prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline.
