Flamemaster Chemseal CS247 B-2 Windshield / Canopy Sealant - 3.5 Oz. Cartridge

Flamemaster Chemseal CS 247 B-2 is a black, two-part manganese-dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant for setting or repairing aircraft windshields, canopies and transparencies made from glass, acrylic or polycarbonate in composite or metal frames.

The B-2 grade is a thixotropic, low-sag material intended for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature and provides a minimum application time of 2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. Flamemaster states that an adhesion promoter such as CS 900 is recommended when working with acrylic and polycarbonate substrates.
