Flamemaster Chemseal CS247 B-1/2 Windshield / Canopy Sealant - 3.5 Oz. Cartridge

Flamemaster Chemseal CS 247 Class B-1/2 is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant designed for setting or repairing aircraft windshields and canopies made from glass, acrylic or polycarbonate. The uncured material is thixotropic for low-sag application by extrusion gun or spatula and cures at room temperature.

The B-1/2 grade provides a minimum application time of 30 minutes at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. The cured sealant has a stated service-temperature range of -54°C to +121°C. Flamemaster identifies CS 247 B-1/2 as supplied to its specification based on AMS3333 Type II, high-peel-strength version.
