Flamemaster Chemseal CS247 B-1/2 Windshield / Canopy Sealant - Pint Kit

Flamemaster Chemseal CS 247 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant supplied as a B-1/2 pint kit. It is intended for setting or repairing aircraft windshields, canopies and transparencies made from glass, acrylic or polycarbonate, including installations in composite or metal frames.

The uncured material is thixotropic, providing a low-sag consistency for application with an extrusion gun or spatula. Once cured at room temperature, it offers adhesion to aluminium, steel and a range of other aircraft substrates, together with UV resistance and resistance to crazing on acrylic and polycarbonate.
