RTV106 is a red, one-component silicone adhesive sealant with a paste consistency. It cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, forming a tough, resilient silicone rubber.

Positioned for high-temperature bonding and sealing work, the paste formulation is suitable where a non-flowing material is preferred, including application on vertical or overhead surfaces. Typical manufacturer-described uses include gasketing, sealing heating elements, electrical insulation, and other bonding or sealing applications requiring elevated-temperature performance.
