The 3Chem E4C13-1002C is a 2-quart kit of flat International Black high-solid epoxy topcoat. Part of the 3Chem E4C Series, it is a two-component, chemically cured coating formulated for aerospace and military coating requirements.

The E4C Series is designed to provide good coverage and adhesion, with resistance to hydraulic fluids, solvents, aerospace fuels, phosphates and other corrosion-causing agents. The flat finish makes this kit suitable where a non-gloss black epoxy topcoat is specified.
