Flamemaster Chemseal CS 3204 Class B-1/2 is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide aerospace sealant supplied in a quart kit. It is intended for fuel-tank and fuselage sealing applications where flexibility and resistance to fuel, water and other aerospace fluids are required.

The Class B material is thixotropic, low-sag and suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. The B-1/2 grade provides a minimum application time of 30 minutes at 25 °C and 50% relative humidity.

Overview

CS3204 B1/2 from Flamemaster is a fuel resistant sealant for use on integral fuel tanks and pressurized cabins as well as other areas subject to contact with aircraft fuels, lubricants, oils, water and/or weathering. At room temperature, this two-part polysulfide cures to a flexible, resilient rubber.
