Realclean SiO2 Nano Ceramic Spray Coating is a spray-on, wipe-off exterior surface protectant supplied in a 1 gallon container. Manufacturer part number: SIO21G.

The SiO2 ceramic coating is described for aircraft exterior care, providing water-repelling, water-sheeting and chemical-resistant protection. It is intended to enhance surface gloss and help reduce water spots and contaminant deposits.

  • Spray-on application followed by buffing with a microfiber cloth
  • Suitable for clean, dry exterior surfaces including paint, composite, metal, plastic, windscreens, glass, gel coat, trim and wheels
  • Stated as safe for fabric aircraft
  • May be used as a standalone coating or as a top coat or refresh over an existing ceramic coating
  • Allow approximately 2 hours curing time before exposure to precipitation
  • Protection is stated to last for up to 6 months, depending on conditions and use

For best results, apply to a clean surface that is free of contaminants and follow the product instructions.
