Flamemaster Chemseal CS3247 B-2 Windshield / Canopy Sealant - 3.5 Oz. Cartridge

Flamemaster Chemseal CS 3247 B-2 is a black, two-part polysulphide aircraft windshield sealant supplied in a 3.5 oz cartridge. It is designed for setting or repairing aircraft windshields and canopies manufactured from glass, acrylic or polycarbonate in composite or metal frames.

• Room-temperature-curing, flexible and resilient sealant.
• B-2 class with a minimum application time of 2 hours at 25 °C and 50% relative humidity.
• Thixotropic, low-sag consistency for application by extrusion gun or spatula.
• Manufacturer-stated service temperature range: -54 °C to +121 °C.
• Flamemaster states that an adhesion promoter is recommended for acrylic and polycarbonate substrates.

Flamemaster states that CS 3247 B-1/2 and B-2 meet the acceptance tests of AMS3333 Type II; this specification does not have an active Qualified Products List. Use in accordance with the applicable maintenance data and the manufacturer’s technical documentation.
