EcoPoxy FlowCast® 6 L Kit is a two-component casting epoxy system developed for large casting and encapsulation applications. It is formulated for thick pours and provides a water-clear cured finish, low viscosity for air release, and controlled heat build-up during curing.

  • Mix ratio (A:B): 2:1 by volume; 2.3:1 by mass
  • Recommended casting thickness: 13–38 mm per layer
  • Maximum recommended casting volume: 30 L
  • Recommended working temperature: 20–25 °C
  • Typical working time in mould: 8–12 hours
  • Typical full cure: 7–14 days, dependent on casting depth, volume and ambient conditions

EcoPoxy states that FlowCast® may be combined with compatible liquid or metallic pigments and can be shaped, sanded and finished after curing. Consult the technical data sheet and safety data sheet before use; use appropriate personal protective equipment and ventilation.
