Bonderite M-Cr 871 Aero

BONDERITE® M-CR 871 AERO is a one-component, non-hexavalent chromium dry-in-place conversion coating for aluminium and aluminium alloys. Designed for controlled local treatment of prepared bare areas, it provides a practical no-rinse solution for maintenance and surface-preparation work.

The applicator-based format supports efficient touch-up treatment where immersion or larger-scale conversion-coating processes are not appropriate. Henkel states that the coating is formulated to support paint adhesion and corrosion resistance, and may also be used in bonding processes when combined with organic coatings or structural adhesives.
