3M™ Polyurethane Protective Tape 8671 is a transparent, conformable protective tape supplied in a 50.8 mm × 32.9 m roll. It combines an abrasion-resistant polyurethane elastomer backing with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive.

Designed for surface and erosion protection, 3M 8671 is formulated for resistance to ultraviolet light and is intended to help protect surfaces from abrasion, scratches, tearing, punctures and erosion. The thin tape conforms over curved surfaces and may be applied to painted surfaces or painted over, subject to the applicable maintenance data and installation procedure.
