DAPCO™ 2100 is a one-part, solvent-free, thixotropic silicone sealant supplied in a 6 oz cartridge. It is intended for use as a coating, sealant or filleting material in aircraft construction, repair and maintenance where fire resistance, exposure to phosphate-ester fluids or elevated and low service temperatures are important considerations.

  • Primerless adhesion to a range of substrates
  • Manufacturer-stated service-temperature range: -54°C to +204°C
  • Manufacturer-stated fire resistance up to 1,927°C
  • Good resistance to aerospace chemicals
  • One-part, pre-mixed paste with room-temperature stability
  • May be used where insulating or ablative heat-shield properties are required
