PPG Proseal PR-1422 B-1/2 Fuel Tank Sealant - Pint Kit

PPG PR-1422 Class B-1/2 is a two-part, dichromate-cured polysulfide sealant for aircraft integral fuel-tank work. Supplied as a pint kit, it is intended for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications.

The uncured material is a low-sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant with adhesion to common aircraft substrates. The cured sealant is designed to retain elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline.
