Cortec VpCI®-326 is a concentrated corrosion-inhibitor oil additive for hydraulic oil and gearbox assemblies. Supplied in a 19 L (5 US gallon) pail, it is intended for dilution with lubricating, hydraulic, or preservative oils in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The formulation uses paraffinic petroleum-distillate carriers and is described by Cortec as free from hazardous chromates, nitrites, and phosphate inhibitors. It provides contact and vapour-phase corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc, aluminium, galvanised steel, copper, cadmium, silver, and brass.
