PPG Proseal PS-890 B-2 Fuel Tank Sealant - 3.5 Oz. Cartridge

PPG P/S 890 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulphide sealant for aircraft integral fuel tank and fuselage sealing work. This 3.5 oz cartridge version, manufacturer part number 0890B002AM654SK, is a low-sag, thixotropic paste formulated for application by extrusion gun or spatula.

Once cured at room temperature, the sealant forms a resilient, elastomeric seal with adhesion to common aircraft substrates. PPG describes P/S 890 Class B as suitable for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications, retaining elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline.
