PPG P/S 890 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant for aircraft integral fuel tank and fuselage sealing work. This B-1/2 pint kit is identified by manufacturer part number 0890B1/2AM012PT.

The uncured sealant is a low-sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant with adhesion to common aircraft substrates.

  • Designed for fillet sealing of aircraft fuel tanks and other fuselage sealing applications
  • Maintains elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline
  • Service temperature range: -54 °C to +121 °C, with intermittent excursions up to +135 °C
  • Two-part polysulfide formulation
